On October 2, 2026, Ferguson-Neudorf Glass Inc. ("FNG") and 2030247 Ontario Inc. ("PropCo", and together with FNG, the "Companies") each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA").
The Companies are currently required to file a proposal on or before November 1, 2026. The Companies may seek an extension of the stay of proceedings and corresponding extension of the proposal filing deadline from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
