On May 14, 2025 by Order of the Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Receivership Order”), KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of Giftcraft Ltd., Giftcraft Midco, Inc., Giftcraft Holdings USA Inc., Giftcraft Holdings, Inc., Giftcraft Inc., Ripskirt Hawaii, LLC and Yosox USA Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”), pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended.

On May 27, 2026, 5009013 Ontario Ltd (formerly Giftcraft Ltd), GCI Liquidating Inc (formerly Giftcraft Inc), YSX Liquidating Inc (formerly Yosox USA Inc), and RHI Liquidating, LLC (formerly Ripskirt Hawaii, LLC) each filed an assignment in bankruptcy and KPMG Inc. was appointed as the trustee-in-bankruptcy (the "Trustee") of each estate by the Official Receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of Trustee's appointment or substitution of another Trustee by the creditors.
