KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of all of the rentals due and accruing now or hereinafter from the lands and premisses described as Condomimium Plan 9010203 ("Gladstone Park") pursuant to a Receiver Appointment Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta dated November 21, 1994 (the "Court Order").
