On August 13, 2025, Goodlevel Enterprises Canada ULC (“Goodlevel” or the “Company”) filed a Proposal (the “Proposal”) pursuant to subsection 62(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”). KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”) was named as the trustee under the Company’s Proposal (the “Proposal Trustee”).
The meeting of creditors was held on September 3, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. via the Microsoft Teams platform. The Proposal was accepted by the required majority of creditors as identified in the Proposal.
The proposal, having been accepted by the required majority of creditors, has been scheduled to be brought before the court for sanction on February 18, 2026.
