      On September 27, 2023, KPMG Inc. was appointed as Trustee in the matter of the Bankruptcy of GrassChopper Landscaping Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to the Certificate of Appointment dated September 27, 2023. On July 17, 2025, KPMG Inc. obtained its discharge as Trustee of the Company.
