KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Heavy North Construction Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to a Receiver Appointment Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta dated April 16, 2019 (the "Court Order").
On April 23, 2025, KPMG obtained its discharge as Trustee of the Company.
