On April 23, 2021, International Fitness Holdings Inc., International Fitness Holdings LP and World Health North LP (together the "Company") filed a Notice of Intention to make a proposal, pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA"), and KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”) has consented to act as trustee under the proposal.
The deadline for the Company to file a proposal was July 7, 2021 and the date has passed without a proposal being filed. As such, the Company is deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to section 50.4(8) of the BIA effective July 8, 2021. KPMG is acting as the trustee-in-bankruptcy.
On February 27, 2025, KPMG obtained its discharge as Trustee of the Company.
