On September 18, 2026, International Language Academy of Canada Inc. ("ILAC") filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the "BIA"). KPMG Inc. was appointed as the trustee-in-bankruptcy (the "Trustee") of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors. The Trustee's appointment for ILAC was affirmed at the First Meeting of Creditors held via virtual conference on October 8, 2026.

("ILAC Intl College (BC)") filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to section 49 of the BIA, and KPMG Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors. The Trustee's appointment for ILAC Intl College and ILAC Intl College (BC), was affirmed by the creditors of each entity at their respective First Meeting of Creditors, held via virtual conference on October 8, 2026 and October 9, 2026.
