KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of McArthur Furniture (Alberta) Ltd. and MTK Properties Ltd. (together the "Companies") pursuant to a Receiver Appointment Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta dated March 31, 2020 (the "Court Order").
