B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended.

898984 Ontario Inc. o/a Richmond Hill Fine Cars filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 26, 2025 and KPMG Inc. was appointed as the trustee-in-bankruptcy (the "Trustee") of the Estates of the Bankrupt by the Official Receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of Trustee's appointment or substitution of another Trustee by the creditors.
