On June 19, 2025, KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") over the assets and undertakings of Rupert Mews Limited Partnership, Rupert Mews GP Ltd., and 1152846 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the "Debtors"), pursuant to a court order of the Court of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Order").
