KPMG Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets undertakings and property of Vanderloos Farms Ltd. (the "Debtor"), pursuant to a court order of the Court of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Order") dated May 14, 2026 with an effective date of June 4, 2026 (the “Effective Date”).
