Culture risk has become a greater concern to organizations both globally and nationally. Canada’s Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) require financial institutions to establish and maintain sound culture risk programs that define, assess, and manage culture risk. This is to ensure that any misalignments between an organization`s desired and actual culture and behavior are addressed to prevent it from achieving its goals.
