After studies in France and the United Kingdom where she obtained postgraduate degrees in Business Law and Comparative law Marie-Hélène joined the International Tax and Corporate Services department of KPMG in 1998. She has been a Senior Associate since 2012. She has participated in numerous corporate re-organisation and restructuring operations, as well as shareholders arrangements and legal due diligence reports mainly on an international level. She has specialised the last 5 years in the financial services area with particular focus on structuring and formation of investment funds and asset management companies. She frequently meets and consults with the CySEC on regulatory issues pertaining to the alternative investment funds. She works in English, French and Greek.
