Antonis is a Board Member and Head of Management Consulting at KPMG in Cyprus. Antonis joined KPMG in Cyprus in June 2004, after a short spell of almost a year at one other Big 4 company. He is specialising in the provision of management and risk consulting services to a variety of clients and industries. Antonis is also leading the Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services of KPMG in Cyprus. The main focus of the services provided is to assist clients in improving their governance and operations mainly through the setting up of proper strategies, restructuring of processes and procedures, selection and retention the right set of skills, setting up of the right customer management strategies, utilisation of technology and through proper end efficient risk management. Moreover, Antonis is leading the Climate Change & Sustainability Services providing an array of relevant services in areas such as ESGs, Corporate Responsibility Reporting, Sustainability Assurance, Materiality Assessments and more. Additionally, he is responsible for EU funding matters, advising clients on how to secure grants from EU funded programs. He has more than 15 years of experience in the provision of advisory services to clients in Cyprus and abroad, also specialising in managing large and complex projects in the public sector.
