Panayiotis joined KPMG in Cyprus in 1993 and became a Board Member in 2005. He has experience in providing Audit services to big private companies and companies listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange and other European Stock Exchanges. He is Head of the IFRG team at KPMG in Cyprus, providing technical support on the correct application of IFRSs requirements to the technical staff of KPMG and to clients. Panayiotis is an experienced presenter for IFRS seminars to the staff of KPMG, to clients and the general public through KPMG Academy and is actively involved with the provision of specialised services to clients throughout their IPO process. Through ACI Panayiotis has presented extensively to Audit Committees and Board of Directors of PIEs on their legal responsibilities, corporate governance and other matters of interest.
