Kyriacos Theodorides has extensive practical experience of more than 29 years in advocacy and case handling, and he specialises in commercial disputes, arbitration, company law and mergers and acquisitions. His practice focuses mainly on civil litigation and dispute resolutions relating to corporate, banking and insurance matters and has extensive and deep experience in representing local and international clients before the District Courts and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Cyprus. Kyriacos practices also in the area of litigation concerning recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements and international arbitration awards and has represented foreign clients in a number of civil litigations initiated in the Cyprus Courts. He also handles corporate and commercial contracts on behalf of local and foreign banking institutions and has taken over the assignment for the drafting of agreements for the purpose of restructuring major loans and credit facilities.
