The programme has been approved by the HRDA as Vital Importance. Enterprises/organisations participating with their employees who satisfy HRDA's criteria, are entitled to subsidy.
Seminar's Overview
Organisations in Cyprus are increasingly required to implement innovative initiatives related to digital transformation, AI adoption, regulatory change and new operating models. Despite this, many initiatives fail to deliver intended benefits, primarily due to insufficient focus on the human side of change. This programme addresses this gap by introducing the application of the internationally recognised Prosci Change Management Methodology. By successfully completing the programme, participants will earn the internationally recognised Prosci® Change Management Practitioner Certification.
Participants are trained on an enhanced approach that combines Prosci’s® globally recognised research-based framework with the innovative AI tool, Kaiya, that supports real time analysis, drafting, tailoring and decision making across change activities.
The programme is highly practical. Participants apply the methodology and AI tools, which are informed by global research and international consulting practice, including structured insights from large scale transformation initiatives, directly to live innovation or transformation initiatives within their organisations, developing structured and adaptable change strategies.

Follow-up Consultation Session
Please note that this is a compulsory follow-up consultation session for all participants who need to attend at least 90% to be eligible for the HRDA subsidy. This 4h follow-up workshop session will be held on a mutually agreed date with each participating company, within 4 months following the last day of the training. The session must be held at the registered address of the company’s premises. In the program session, participants already started to draft their change management strategy for the undergoing projects, so in this session they will continue implementing the planned steps. The scope of the inhouse session will be to start applying together with the appropriate stakeholders the crucial assessments needed to draft the change management strategy for their specific must-win transformational initiatives, with the support provided by our AI tool, Kaiya, leveraging in an innovative way the findings of the Prosci research and case studies. We will moderate the completion, together with the right organization representatives, the PCT Assessment, a health check for the must win project, a clear description of the project objectives/organisational benefits, completing a Risk Assessment and identifying the impacted groups. And for those groups we will start using Kaiya to identify the most adapted messages to ensure adoption.
