The ACCA Fast Track is an exclusive collaboration between KPMG Cyprus, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the University of Cyprus designed for you to fast track your dream career with KPMG.
This is an advanced and accelerated programme which provides you with the opportunity to complete your academic studies, all the professional examinations of the ACCA and acquire unique working experience as you learn from our team of highly skilled professionals.
If you are studying Accounting & Finance in the University of Cyprus, you can participate in the ACCA Fast Track Programme during the 3rd and 4th year of your studies between January – May, whilst attending tuition for the ACCA exams. The exams are taken in June and September of each academic year.
The main advantages of this programme are:
- Gain an employment and training contract from day 1
- Gain 9 ACCA exceptions subject to ACCA requirements
- Complete the 4 remaining ACCA Strategic Professional exams
- 10 months of work experience counting towards the required experience to become an ACCA qualified professional
- ACCA full cost covered by KPMG (including study leave during internship)
- ACCA Affiliate status gained upon completion of the programme
- Gain real-life experience with a team of professionals on clients from a variety of industries and interact with an international network of KPMG members during the 2 full-time paid internships and onwards
Requirements
The programme is intended to 3rd year undergraduate students of the Accounting & Finance Department of the University of Cyprus who meet the below requirements:
- Minimum grade of 7/10 at the time of application
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Greek & English
- IT literacy with sound knowledge of MS Office
