Constantinos joined KPMG in Cyprus in 1998 and became a Board Member in 2009. He is currently the Risk Management Partner at KPMG in Cyprus. Constantinos manages a portfolio of audit clients ranging in size from small private companies to large listed public companies and covering various industry sectors e.g. financial services, real estate and property development, manufacturing, retailing, telecommunications, investment funds etc. He has also participated in the preparation of prospectuses of companies seeking listing in the Cyprus Stock Exchange as well as in the London Stock Exchange. Constantinos has also extensive experience in advisory services being involved in various financial due diligence engagements both locally and abroad in the financial services, telecommunications and real estate sectors and also in risk advisory services engagements such as restructuring of specific departments of organisations, evaluation of internal control systems and management reporting, implementation of corporate governance framework, business performance management and development of internal audit methodologies and audit plans.
