Synthia Pavlou joined KPMG Limited in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), along with seven years in the broader field of communication. She played a key role in establishing KPMG Academy and, as of 2024, serves as Principal. She and her team collaborate with over 50 subject matter experts annually to deliver training programmes —including practice-based learning, digital learning solutions, and various L&D consulting services—serving 1,500 to 6,000 professionals.
