Seminar’s Overview

One of the main concerns of all organisations is their ability to remain competitive in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape. Business leaders are constantly searching for solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs while enhancing the experience of customers and employees. These solutions are often found in technological tools, acting as a driving force for digital transformation.

In light of this, the assigned trainer will share her expertise on operational excellence, leveraging an extensive track record of operational improvement services and knowledge of Intelligent Automation technologies. The goal is to equip participants with the expertise needed to effectively exploit such technologies in their pursuit of operational excellence. Follow-up Consultation Session

This will be a follow-up workshop session of key learnings and takeaways from the training. There will be discussions with business users for the identification of operational areas for improvement and process candidates for optimisation based on each participant’s company background (company structure, operations, services, and any known inefficiencies). If applicable, KPI benchmarks and statistics will be presented (based on each participant’s industry and processes) leveraged from KPMG Benchmarking database.  Roadmap creation will help the organisations to become process mining ready. It will conclude with ideation sessions with business users for RPA use cases.

Trainer

Elia Kouzari
Manager, Management Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus

Elia holds a PhD in Informatics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) with a focus on Process Mining. She also holds a BSc in Computer Science, with a specialisation in Information Systems, from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus. She has more than 13 years of professional experience, 8 of which have been focused on delivering services for the implementation of technology projects for various local and global organisations, with budgets ranging from €10K to €8M. She specialises in providing tailor-made advisory services to private and public sector clients, including, among others, business analysis, requirement definition, process mining, and improvement and reengineering activities. She has also created and delivered material for multiple training seminars in both the public and private sectors. Finally, Elia is a member of the She-Experts platform in the Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies in the fields of Computing and Information Technology.
