      Ladislav is partner specialising in financial services tax and international tax. He has spent whole professional career advising financial institutions, mainly banks and insurance companies, and large multinationals. He is leading KPMG‘s financial services tax practice in the Czech Republic and his experience includes working with clients on international restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and extensive tax litigation and transfer pricing projects.
