      Daniel specialises mainly in corporate income tax issues for large industrial and trade companies, and in the field of transfer pricing, including international tax consequences. He also has extensive experience in Czech investment incentives for manufacturing companies and corresponding negotiations with the state authorities, including the representation of clients during specific state authority reviews. He has also dealt with several structuring engagements relating to, for example, the sale of a business or a part thereof to a potential investor, debt push-down structures, etc.
