      Handing Over a Family Business to a New CEO

      We helped a family-owned business with 30 years of history create a succession strategy and choose and onboard a new CEO. We developed a new operating model, proposed changes to the company’s structure and performed an analysis of ERP systems. Today, we continue to support the client in vendor selection and implementation management.
