In less than five months, we enabled real exchange of customer data and validated Proof of Concept results. During the pilot phase, we regularly exchanged data with the Polish market, generating weekly best offers in two use cases. We used MS Azure to automate data exchange and expanded the number of use cases. Email campaign open rates exceeded 40%, with a success rate of 5%. We’ve also designed and signed the first Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the importer, resolving all GDPR-related issues arising from the use of customer data.
We began by assessing the current state of data management, data and information needs, issues, and requirements. Then, we drafted a vision, goals, and a proposed mandate for the Chief Data Officer role, along with an organizational structure and implementation plan for a central Data Office. The client gained a clear understanding of their data governance maturity and received a plan for establishing a central Data Office (including the CDO role) and actionable plans designed to address identified issues.
We developed a digital twin strategy to optimize a water distribution network, delivering an interactive platform capable of visualizing data related to assets, maintenance, network monitoring, and customer relationships. Our solution helped improve customer experience and optimize costs through predictive maintenance.
The pre-study included business analysis and data architecture evaluation. The following end-to-end DWH delivery was comprised of interviews with business owners, business data analysis, transfer of best practices, design and development of the data model, and testing.
We helped design and build a Digital and Data Centre (DDC) to centralize the client’s digital and data capabilities, delivering a fully developed, independent team structure with 70+ members.
