For a Czech bank, we analysed software deployment under an Unlimited Enterprise Agreement that the client chose not to renew. We helped resolve €36 million in irregularities, subsequently signing a three-year SAM service contract and helping with optimization efforts. We supported the client in vendor negotiations, removed licensing risks, and reduced financial liability.
A Czech state-owned company was audited by another company, which identified irregularities exceeding €30 million. We reviewed the audit, proposed measures to optimize the environment, and supported the client in vendor negotiations. As a result, we were able to reduce the financial risk to €500,000.
A power company in Kazakhstan launched an internal IT audit of its subsidiaries, which included a license compliance verification module. We reviewed deployed licenses across multiple vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, VMware, etc.) and assessed SAM processes across the group. We then made recommendations for improvement.
