Who can receive incentives and grants?

Investment incentives are available to both new and existing companies, to Czech and foreign investors alike. They can be paid out over a period of up to five years, and manufacturing companies can use them to claim full or partial corporate income tax relief. In selected regions, grants for job creation and retraining are available. Large strategic investments can also receive financial support for acquiring assets.

What sources can you obtain grants from?

Companies can draw on the EU funds – for example, to introduce innovative products into production, build development centres or improve energy efficiency. There are many grant programmes announced on a rolling basis, but most are available only for a limited time.
