Marcus Aberl studied business administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Dipl.-Kfm. 1994), is a tax consultant (1999) and auditor (2002). He advises with a focus on national and international tax law in the areas of M&A, reorganisations and restructurings and supports clients in post-closing tax issues. His clients come from the corporates, financial services, private equity and infrastructure sectors. In addition to industry, mechanical engineering and automotive, his sector experience also includes alternative assets such as renewable energies and infrastructure as well as technology and media. He has advised on both small and large transactions up to transaction volumes in the billions. In total, he has over 15 years of tax M&A experience in various sectors for companies in industry, financial services and financial investors. He is a regular speaker at universities and client seminars.
