Christoph Betz heads the Financial Services Transformation & Performance practice at KPMG Germany. He advises banks and other financial institutions on implementing CEO, COO and growth agendas in an environment characterised by regulatory change, increasing competitive pressure and technological transformation.
His areas of expertise include the strategic development of business and operating models, the sustainable improvement of profitability and performance, and the implementation of complex transformation programmes.
Before joining KPMG, Christoph Betz spent many years working for leading investment banks, where he was responsible for advising German and Austrian banks, with a focus on structured fixed-income solutions. He began his career as a trader in the fixed-income division of a German private bank.
