Katrin Bernshausen is a tax consultant and has worked in the Financial Services Tax Real Estate department since 2009. She has many years of expertise in providing tax advice to domestic and foreign regulated real estate funds, fund and asset managers. Her advisory focus is on fund structuring, M&A outbound tax transaction support, fund tax compliance, advice and implementation of tax CMS, as well as global tax services / tax operating models.
