Michael Buhl is responsible for KPMG's deal advisory business in Germany. Since joining KPMG in 1997, he has gained a wide range of experience in providing transaction and strategic advice to clients, as well as during his time as CFO of a German cable network operator.
His personal consulting experience includes carve-outs from international groups, due diligences and restructurings.
In recent years, he has advised on more than 50 transactions with a total volume of several billion euros. His clients include leading companies from the telecommunications, technology and automotive sectors as well as private equity investors.
