Together with the company management and specialist departments, I develop KPI systems and at the same time ensure that the information requirements in planning and reporting processes can be technically implemented on the IT side. Increasing sustainability requirements in particular mean that control mechanisms and systems need to be scrutinized, adapted and often completely rethought.
