      I have been working for KPMG in Germany since 1996. I have been a member of the Executive Board since 2018, responsible for Human Resources.

      As CHRO, I want to develop our employees in the best possible and individual way. It is important to me that our values are lived out in our daily work together.

      I started at KPMG in the Audit department before working in the Deal Advisory transaction department for a total of 18 years. During this time, I was passionate about advising large listed DAX mandates as well as family businesses from various industries.
