      Kathrin Feil has over 25 years of professional experience in connection with VAT consulting for medium-sized companies and large international groups. She is responsible for knowledge management in the Indirect Tax service line, publishes KPMG's monthly VAT newsletter and VAT articles in specialist journals, regularly organizes webcasts and appears at seminars as a speaker and conference leader (Cologne VAT Days). Kathrin Feil heads the Consumer Goods & Retail subgroup of the global Indirect Tax service line and therefore has VAT industry expertise in the consumer goods and retail sectors.

      Her work focuses on providing support with complex VAT issues in the form of expert opinions as well as advice in the context of tax audits, special VAT audits, extrajudicial and judicial appeal proceedings and VAT declarations through to outsourcing. Finally, Kathrin Feil's expertise also includes VAT projects such as the establishment of tax compliance management systems in the area of VAT, mass data analyses, the optimization of supply chains and the preparation of VAT manuals.
