In her many years of advisory work, she has advised on various outstanding acquisitions. One focus of her advice in the mid-2000s was the billion-euro investments in German real estate companies. She then advised large international infrastructure funds on investments in pipelines, storage businesses, utilities and energy companies.
Her experience also includes transactions in the transportation and logistics, automotive and metal processing industries.
The Berlin office also regularly advises on acquisitions of e-commerce, internet, media and telecommunications companies as well as companies in the healthcare sector.
