Lukas Henatsch has been a Director at KPMG since 2011 and is responsible for RiskTech. Together with his team, he advises banks and financial services providers on strategic transformation, implementation and risk IT modernisation projects. His work focuses on the design and implementation of complex transformation programmes, ranging from the development of target architectures and the selection and roll-out of RiskTech solutions to the sustainable embedding of new processes and technologies.
