Olaf Haegler can draw on his experience from over 200 enforcement proceedings, which he has gained both as a long-standing member of the German Financial Reporting Enforcement Panel (FREP) and in supporting companies in such proceedings. He is also one of the key contacts for questions relating to the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
