Thomas Istel heads the Core & Finance Systems business unit, which focuses on SAP consulting for financial services. Thomas also coordinates the global SAP initiatives in this segment. He has over 23 years of professional experience in the financial services sector. After training in banking and studying business administration at the University of Münster, he started his career in IT consulting at a Big 4 before joining KPMG in 2014. He lives with his family in the Cologne/Bonn region.
