My focus is on tax advice on national and cross-border restructurings (e.g. optimization of group structure, separation of business divisions) as well as tax issues in connection with company acquisitions and sales (e.g. tax due diligence, SPA tax advice, post-deal integration). I also advise on outbound and inbound issues of international tax law (e.g. add-back taxation, DTA issues, permanent establishments, withholding taxes).
