I have been a member of the Executive Board at KPMG in Germany since October 2021 and am responsible for the Advisory division.
My more than 25 years of professional experience include both auditing annual financial statements and providing comprehensive transaction-related advice to internationally operating corporate clients from various industries in the context of company disposals.
I advise large corporations on capital market transactions and their corporate restructuring as well as the management boards and supervisory boards of listed companies on corporate governance issues. For more than five years, I have been an honorary commercial judge at the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.
Since joining KPMG in 2001, I have worked at KPMG in London for two years and completed the KPMG Executive Program at INSEAD (Fontainebleau / France). I was Head of Transaction Services in the Frankfurt office until the end of 2011 and was subsequently appointed Regional Director Central.
