Digitalization, new financing instruments and increasing regulatory requirements, for example the European Prospectus Regulation, present companies with complex challenges. My aspiration is to create robust and future oriented solutions to meet these challenges.
I advise companies on capital markets transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases and bond issuances in Europe, the United States and China. My clients include industrial companies, start ups and banks.
