With his professional expertise and many years of industry experience, he supports federal ministries, federal states and larger municipalities as well as non-profit organizations and foundations.
From October 2021 to September 2024, Torsten Kaiser was responsible for the Public Sector segment at KPMG.
As Sector Head Government, he focuses primarily on the potential for advising federal ministries and the federal states.
Torsten Kaiser has extensive experience from a wide range of consulting projects in the areas of strategy development, programme and project management, implementation and consolidation of IT systems, analysis and optimization of cost structures and profitability considerations, process optimization, procurement and logistics, corporate finance, change management, personnel development and planning as well as risk management.
