      As regional coordinator for the Düsseldorf, Essen and Dortmund offices, I am happy to be your contact for all your tax-related questions. Together with my colleagues, we will develop tailor-made and pragmatic solutions for you and your company.

      My personal focus is on advising foreign investors from various sectors (e.g. automotive industry, mechanical engineering, technology) on their investments in Germany. The focus of my many years of advisory work is on providing tax advice on complex restructurings, M&A transactions, financing structures and other cross-border issues. I mainly advise strategic investors and financial investors from China, Hong Kong (SAR), China and Taiwan. I also advise German companies on their investments in China.

        Lecturer for the lecture "Income Taxes" at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University Münster (since 2018) and at the University of Mannheim on the topic of "Tax Planning for International Groups" as part of the Mannheim Master of Accounting and Taxation (2010-2021)
