I have 26 years of experience in value chain transformation. In the first decade, I accompanied various management functions within the supply chain in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry. For 16 years, I have been advising clients in the process and finance industry globally on issues relating to strategic realignment and transformation, performance improvement and cost reduction as well as risk management. Within KPMG, I was responsible for setting up one of the global centers of excellence for procurement with 750 employees worldwide.
