I have been working in auditing for around 20 years, auditing and advising capital market-oriented companies - including DAX-listed groups, internationally active family businesses and companies from sectors such as automotive, logistics, energy and tourism. As a partner and Head of Audit Attestation in the North region, I support my clients with audits of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS as well as with complex issues relating to IFRS conversions, carve-outs, IPO readiness or non-financial reporting in accordance with CSRD and NFRD.
What is particularly important to me is proactive and reliable communication. Direct cooperation with short lines of communication and a loyal and direct approach provide a deep understanding of regional and international requirements. Thanks to my many years of working in the region, I have a robust network and know the challenges my clients face. In addition to auditing, I am also active as a consultant for international accounting.
Away from work, I can often be found on the tennis court, jogging or at the Hannover 96 stadium. Born in East Frisia, with stopovers in the USA, I am now firmly rooted in the north - both professionally and privately.
