Dr Justus Marquardt has been Regional Director of the KPMG Region North, Hamburg, since 2023 - a role that fills him with pride. After all, it is the Hanseatic values that he grew up with that still guide him in his work today: Reliability, honesty and integrity, modesty and diligence are simply part of it for him and he sees them as the best basis for long-term and sustainable business relationships.
He has extensive experience in advising companies. After joining KPMG in 2013, he primarily supported our clients in the digitalisation of the finance function and the creation of value from data, for example with artificial intelligence. Prior to his time as Regional Director, he headed the SAP & Finance Transformation division of KPMG in Germany.
In his professional career, he has experienced how important it is to stand together even in challenging situations. He brings this conviction and his enthusiasm for innovation to form project teams with our clients that work together intensively and can achieve extraordinary things.
