Oliver Mattern has been with KPMG since 2014.
As a partner in the International Tax department, he advises in particular on international restructurings of German corporate groups, tax advice on corporate financing as well as holding and license structures, ongoing support for German corporate groups in matters of international tax law, the tax structuring of acquisitions and the integration of corporate groups following an acquisition.
In his function as Tax Lead Partner, he advises various internationally operating companies.
