Roxana Meschke has extensive know-how and experience in the implementation, optimization and auditing of governance systems, in particular internal control systems. In addition to implementation in accordance with national and international standards, her focus is on the transformation of the ICS. She deals with questions of how the ICS of the future can be designed to be efficient, digital and create added value and is an expert in ICS digitalization strategies.
