In more than two decades, of which I spent two years in Chicago, I have gained extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions. My activities include financial due diligence, vendor assistance and support in the preparation of purchase agreements as well as transaction management. I am also a member of KPMG's ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand, China and India country practices in Germany.
